RESERVATIONS/PAYMENT

An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required to reserve the house. This advance payment will be applied to the total rent amount. The advance payment is not a security deposit.

BALANCE OF RENT

Final 50% of the rent is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. 

CANCELLATIONS

Sixty (60) day’s notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full reservation deposit. Cancellation within thirty (30) days or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. 

DATE CHANGES

A thirty (30) day notice is required for date changes. Date changes that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, however, there may be a rental adjustment if the new rental date falls in a higher rental period. A request for a date change within thirty (30) days will be allowed, providing the original dates are subsequently booked. 

CHECK IN & OUT

Check-in time is 14:00 & check out is 10:00

Early check-in or late checkout is available on request, however cannot be guaranteed. To guarantee an early in or late check out a 50% rental for that night may be charged. 

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

The maximum number of guests is limited to nine persons. An additional charge of US$50 per person per night for guests in addition to eight will be applied (may not apply to children). 

MINIMUM STAY

This property requires a four night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. A laundry surcharge of US$60 applies for stays less than four nights. 

TIPPING

Tipping is not mandatory, however, if you are happy with the service, we encourage you to let our staff know, and tipping is welcome. 

INCLUSIONS

• Bottled water at the house 

• Cleaning products (Laundry detergent, soap etc) 

• All linen including beach towels 

• Bedroom linen laundered externally 

• Kitchen crockery, cutlery, glassware, appliances etc 

• Daily cleaning 

• Local assistance 

• A baby cot & high chair 

• Hair dryers 

Notes: An infant is defined as less than 24 months. A child is defined as under 12 years old.
